Have you ever wondered what happens to a child who ages out of foster care?  Are they completely on their own?

CarePlus of New Jersey steps in to help these young adults, aged 18-21, transition into independence through supportive housing and skill development programs.  These young adults learn how to manage money, drive and take care of their health.  Job training and college prep are also available.  They go into the world more prepared to live independently and successfully.

Toni’s Kitchen partners with CarePlus to make sure these young adults are able to eat well.  We are grateful to be able to take this worry off their plates!
